The Counseling and Wellness Group is hiring! 

The Counseling and Wellness Group is an established private practice in downtown Twinsburg. We offer custom and unique offices that focus on women’s health and are completely women owned and operated. CWG is looking to expand the team by adding 1-2 new clinicians with a licensure of LPCC, LISW, or LSW with a minimum of three years of clinical experience. CWG is willing to offer clinical supervision to an an LSW if they are the right fit for the practice. Ideal candidates will hold EMDR certification OR have an willingness for EMDR training. 

 

Counseling and Wellness Group currently provides outpatient therapy to couples, adolescent and adults with specialties in perinatal mental health, EMDR/trauma, eating disorders, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety. Practice is LBGTQA+ allied and known to be accepting of all ethnic and faith backgrounds.

CWG clinicians can craft their own schedules to meet their needs and sessions are currently offered in hybrid remote/in person format. Clinicians are required to offer evening sessions once a week. Once established at the practice, this candidate could work remotely from home for part of the week.

ssential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Perform initial assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, as well as documentation of treatment progress

·Document all client interactions, treatment plan updates, releases of information, notes, and other required documentation in a professional, ethical, and timely manner within our electronic health record system

·Attend monthly case consultation meeting (2 hours/month)

·Maintain strict confidentiality and client rights in accordance with your profession's ethics, State laws, and the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA) Regulations, the Americans with Disabilities Act

·Follow Code of Ethics at all times while treating clients in a discrete, confidential, and sensitive manner

·Comply with all expectations and obligations regarding Mandated Reporting

Required Skills and Attributes:

·Master’s degree in social work or counseling

Must have an active State of Ohio Professional licensure of one or more of the following; LISW, LISW-S, LPCC, or LPCC-S

·Strong clinical, diagnostic and documentation skills

·Strong knowledge of DSM-5 and differential diagnosis skills

·Highly motivated & able to work independently

·Proficient in evidence-based treatment therapy modalities

·Proof of liability insurance

·Availability to see no less than 28 clients per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
